RULES OF CONDUCT
Arty Party Tribe is a service of Dezign Surge, LLC. Arty Party is a live event and Dezign Surge will try to maintain the security, privacy, and dignity of the Arty Party attendees. By attending the Arty Party, guests automatically agree to abide by the rules of conduct:
- No discrimination, racism, sexism, hate speech, bullying, trolling, indecency, misconduct, or disruptive or inappropriate behavior allowed.
- Any users who engage in any of the above will be removed from the Arty Party.
Dezign Surge is not liable for any misconduct of Arty Party attendees, whether via video, audio, or chat messages. By joining the Zoom meeting, you agree that you shall not hold Dezign Surge or her agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from any aspect of the event, regardless of whether such damage was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Dezign Surge, the attendees, or a third party.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY FOR KIDS
Arty Party for Kids includes additional privacy measures. For the safety of our young guests, children aged 6-13 can participate ONLY if they have:
- A Zoom account and email address that is registered under a parent/guardian’s name.
- A Display Name that is a username or only their first name. Kids must not share any other personal information on Zoom with anyone such as age, location, etc.
- Adult supervision. A parent or guardian must be in the same room monitoring their child in order to participate in the Arty Party.
- No bullying, trolling, indecency, misconduct, disruptions, or inappropriate behavior allowed. Any users who engage in any of the above will be removed from the Arty Party.
By attending the Arty Party, you accept these terms and conditions.
RECORDINGS
Every Arty Party is recorded for quality and training puposes. We will NOT be sharing full recordings of the Live Arty Party on social media unless noted. We may use portions of it for marketing. All video will be blurred and audio will be muted for marketing material, unless you give us permission.
Any video or audio recordings, or photography of attendees by other guests is not allowed on Zoom. Please note that this rule cannot be fully enforced by Dezign Surge. Attendees are welcome to take photos of their own work and share their final art pieces on social media.
